FAQ
What’s included in the price?
The price for wake surfing includes boat rental, and all equipment you need to wakesurf (wakesurf board, life jacket, rope). If you’re late for a booked session, your time will be reduced accordingly. We kindly request you to come 15-20 minutes earlier to change clothes and warm up and be ready for your session to make the most of it.
Can I share a set with friends?
Sure. We recommend a maximum of 2 people for a half an hour set. However, if you’re a wake surfing beginner, a 30 minute set for one person is ideal.
Are there any age restrictions for wakesurfing?
No, but it depends on the rider's physical abilities. At our wakesurf and water ski chool we recommend getting on the board from the age of 4. The coach can provide instructions from the boat or in the water for a small child. Unlike some other water board sports, it’s less straining to the body so we often see wakesurfers of age 60+.
Is it necessary to be able to swim?
Yes, although lifejackets are mandatory and it will keep you floating, it is essential for riders to be able to swim 20 metres and be comfortable in water.

What’s the difference between Surf style and Skim Style?
Both style involve riding a wakesurf board behind a boat, they differ in terms of board design, riding technique, manoeuvrability, and the types of tricks and manoeuvres performed. Ultimately, the choice between surf style and skim style comes down to personal preference and riding style.
Can I bring my friends to watch? They are not wakesurfing
Sure, the boat can accommodate up to 10 people (including staff). Infact, the surf wave is bigger and better with more people we have on the boat. If you’re bringing more than 5 people, please let us know so we can make space.
