MEDIA RELEASE

I grant the Activity Provider - Adrenalin Wake Club PTY LTD the right and permission to use any photographs, video recordings, or other media taken during my participating in the following activities: Wakesurfing / Wakeboarding / Foiling / Tubing / Skiing / General boating and similar for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, social media posts, website content, brochures, and other promotional materials. I understand and agree that:

- I will not receive any compensation for the use of such media.

- I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written copy, that may be created in connection with these images or video.

​

- All media will be the property of the Activity Provider, and I release the Activity Provider from any liability related to the use of these images or video.
